We have ordered Nando's from the Telford depot 5 times in the past 4 weeks and have had missing items in every delivery. The staff at the Telford depot have been rude and hung up on me during discussions. This is unacceptable service and customer care.

My partner and I visited this restaurant for a late lunch around 3 o'clock. We were able to choose our seats, which was a nice change. I chose a window seat to people watch. We ordered online and our unlimited drink cups arrived quickly. The food was served about 10 minutes later. The side portions were generous and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious and served hot. The toilets were very clean and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The server gave a great dessert suggestion and even offered a goody box to take the rest home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with delicious food. Well worth the money.

Add this place to your favorite Telford list and thank me later. The interior design is captivating, the food is delightful, and the customer service is amazing and warm. The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. It's worth every penny.

The restaurant had dirty plates and cutlery. It's surprising how it has a 5-star rating. It's actually a very filthy place to eat, and I will never go there again.

It's disappointing that the restaurant is not Halal despite a large Muslim community. There are only 1 or 2 limited and unsatisfactory vegetarian options.
